1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PoliticalWager, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to participate in prediction markets in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your participation complies with all applicable laws.

3. Account Requirements

To participate in wagers, you must create an account and meet the threshold deposit requirement set by the Administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Wager Rules

All wagers are subject to moderator review before going live. Moderators verify compliance with these Terms of Service and platform guidelines. Wagers that violate our policies will be rejected.

5. Resolution and Challenges

Winners are declared based on the outcome of the political event. Losers may challenge results through our dispute resolution system. Unresolved challenges are escalated to CounterChecker for final determination.

6. Fees and Payments

A transaction fee (set by the Administrator) is collected upon bet completion. Money transfers from loser to winner only occur after challenge resolution is complete.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in market manipulation, fraud, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
